Past investment in IT consultancy, RelateIT, exemplifies this approach. Identifying the need for specialised IT services within our existing portfolio back in 2016. We saw an opportunity in DynaTeam Fyn, a small IT consultancy employing 10 colleagues, that perfectly fit our requirements.
In the end, this acquisition was more than a solution to a resource challenge; it was a move that spurred significant growth from 10 to close to 200 colleagues and leading to a successful sales process and closure with Twoday Group in 2023.
